Paperlink is a secure document sharing platform that lets you send files with confidence. You control who can open them, how long the link stays active, and whether viewers need to sign an NDA before they can read a single page. After you share, Paperlink shows you exactly who opened the document, which pages they read, how long they spent on each one, and whether they downloaded the file. If you have used DocSend, Paperlink covers the same ground - secure sharing links, page-level engagement, viewer identity - and adds invoicing and accounting in the same workspace so you can move from pitching a client to billing them without switching tools.Documentation Index

What you can do with Paperlink
Paperlink is organized around four main areas: Document sharing and data rooms - Upload PDFs, organize them in folders, and share them with a single secure link. Each link can require a password, an email address, a signed NDA, or a Google login before the viewer sees anything. For due diligence, fundraising, or legal review, you can share an entire folder structure as a data room - one link for all the files. Viewer analytics - Every time someone opens your link, Paperlink records who they are, when they viewed the document, how long they spent on each page, and whether they downloaded the file. You see the full picture in your analytics dashboard and can receive a Slack notification the moment someone opens a link. Invoicing and estimates - Create invoices and estimates from a product catalog, send them as PDFs, and track their status on a Kanban board. Clients move through a built-in status pipeline - Draft, Sent, Viewed, Paid - and you can add custom statuses to match your workflow. Estimates convert to invoices with one click. Accounting - Record income and expense transactions across multiple financial accounts and currencies. Organize everything with a three-level category tree, link payments directly to invoices, and monitor your financial position from a dashboard with KPI cards and charts. How it works

Paperlink vs. DocSend
Paperlink is built as a DocSend alternative for teams and freelancers who also need invoicing and accounting. The core document sharing and analytics capabilities are equivalent - secure links, NDA gates, page-level heatmaps, viewer identity, custom domains - but Paperlink adds a full invoicing workflow and multi-currency accounting in the same product. You do not need a separate tool to go from sharing a proposal to billing the client who signed it.Paperlink supports both English and Ukrainian. You can switch the interface language from your account settings at any time.
